We have decided to certify our Quality Management System because we are convinced that our customers not only demand excellent products and services but they also value respect for collective needs and expectations that highlight the sustainability and responsibility of the company. We think that an effective QMS does not exclusively require the rigorous use of skills and techniques. It also demands a propensity for sincere adherence to regulatory principles, to continuous improvement -intended as a mindset, not as a slogan- and to the dissemination of documented information as valuable organizational assets.

Dallara has embarked on a path, which started with the certification of its OHSAS that goes far beyond the full respect of the current laws, because it considers the safeguard of the health and safety of its workers as a fundamental requirement for corporate social responsibility.The activity of prevention and protection of its workers’ health and safety is paired with a strong training effort carried out to make the work environment safer and healthier, preparing the key safety figures to manage emergencies and to daily spread the safety culture. Every day we strive to maintain and improve the organizational well-being of the people who work in the company because we believe that the best way to mitigate risks is to recognize the critical issues in advance.
