The phases of the Program
The program consists of four integrated phases, designed to ensure progressive learning and an end-to-end view of the processes.
Selection
The program begins with a structured assessment process that evaluates each candidate’s technical skills, potential and ability to learn.
Training and
Job Rotation
Following the onboarding phase, candidates undergo training on company systems and processes and participate in a job rotation program across some Operations areas (Procurement, Logistics, Production Programming, Sales Operations, Supply Chain Program Planning, Demand & Strategic Planning). Dedicated mentors guide candidates throughout the program, providing ongoing feedback.
Capstone project
At the end of the job rotation, candidates are expected to develop a high-impact final project focused on process improvement and the creation of concrete solutions for the business.
Placement
Each candidate’s final placement will be determined based on the specific skills developed, the potential demonstrated, and organizational needs.
Who we are looking for
- Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields (completed within the last 12 months or to be completed by the October 2026 session)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong motivation to grow and develop skills in the Operations field
- Passion for the Automotive and Motorsport sectors
- Proactive attitude, professionalism, and a strong team-oriented mindset
