“In the 1960s the challenge was safety; today, the core topic is our impact on society. We need to not only change the energy we use, but also the way we see our role in the community.”
Operating in a responsible manner, respecting the wishes of those who interact directly or indirectly with the company, for Dallara means honoring the debt of recognition to the local area and building a future where people want to be.
There is only one possible road to building tangible value: combining competitiveness and sustainability through concrete initiatives with the goal of:
- Reducing our environmental impact
- Investing in our people
- Contributing to the development of the local area
In recent years we have begun to build an ever-more defined ESG pathway: we have reduced our CO2 emissions thanks to investments in self-production of renewable energy and in energy efficiency, we have strengthened our commitment to the safety, well-being, and training of our employees, extending well-being and skills development programs.
We want to imagine and contribute to the creation of a future where engineering excellence will always go hand in hand with ethical and sustainable business.
Sustainability Report
Not just a reporting tool, but also an opportunity for dialog with our stakeholders. The goal of our first ESG report is to describe the environmental, social and governance initiatives we have invested in to honor our debt of recognition to the local area.
