Dallara and the Local Area:
Dallara believes in the importance of contributing to the sustainable development of the local area in which it operates. Through partnerships and shared projects with local organizations, the company works to create shared value and prosperity for the entire community.

The World of Education

The program includes meetings with managers and industry professionals, company visits, project work, internships, and real career opportunities. - Executive Master in Technology & Innovation Management: designed to train professionals capable of understanding technological change and leading it with strong management skills. Scholarships are available for our managers.
Dallara’s commitment to the community and future generations also takes concrete shape in initiatives such as F1 in Schools Italy, an international contest involving high-school students in a complete training experience.
This competition offers young people the opportunity to simulate the management of a Formula 1 team, developing technical, management and communication skills.
The young people are required to design, build and present a model of a race car, taking on challenges ranging from marketing and engineering to technical innovation and communicating in English.
It is an initiative which not only encourages emerging talent, but tangibly promotes the study of STEM disciplines and brings young people closer to the automotive sector, demonstrating Dallara’s commitment to training and inspiring the younger generations.

Voluntary Sector
Dallara has a strong commitment to social responsibility and creating shared value for the communities where it has a presence. This takes concrete shape through various initiatives and partnerships with voluntary organizations.
The Fondazione Caterina Dallara foundation is the philanthropic body founded by the Dallara family in 2021. The foundation’s goal is to create value and opportunities for the community of Varano de’ Melegari and its surroundings, through projects of social utility to improve people’s lives, protect the environment, promote the local area, fight educational poverty and inequality, and spread art and culture. The foundation receives financial support from the Dallara family, owners of the Dallara Group, through a share of revenue.
Dallara is also a partner of Parma, io ci sto!, an association founded in 2016 on the initiative of people and companies to enhance the Parma area. Besides Dallara, initial supporters include Chiesi, Barilla, Unione Parmense degli Industriali and the Fondazione Cariparma foundation.

The Speedway Community
Dallara’s commitment to the local area and social sustainability knows no borders. Like in Italy, at the US premises in Speedway, Indiana – the beating heart of North-American motorsport – the company has created a network of partnerships which generate value for the local community, promoting cultural exchange and social growth.
Dallara’s presence in Speedway has helped reinforce Indiana’s reputation as the world center of motorsport, through strategic partnerships with:
- Indiana Economic Development Corporation
- Indiana Chamber of Commerce, participating in the Indiana INTERNnet to facilitate the connection between local companies and educational institutions
- School of Engineering and Technology at IUPUI – Purdue University of Indianapolis
