Overview of
the Dallara Group

The Dallara Group operates in the sector of design, development, and production of high-performance road vehicles and race cars and their components.

Active since the company’s foundation, this division includes all the design, prototyping, and production services for motor racing, in particular the services linked to the supply of vehicles or components for motorsport.

Starting in 1988, the experience developed in motor racing was channeled to the high-performance road vehicles sector, with consultancy for Alfa Romeo, Audi, Bugatti, Ferrari, KTM, Lamborghini, and Maserati.

Founded in 2021, this division represents a highly significant opportunity for application of the knowledge and expertise gained in the racing and automotive sectors. Just like in motorsport, a significant portion of the R&D activities focus on improving the structure and safety of vehicles through the use of carbon fiber and other composite materials.

For all business units, in addition to prototype and series production, Dallara also provides its clients with specialist consultancy and professional support thanks to a team with strong specialization in three core competences on which the entire Group’s business revolves: composites, aerodynamics, and vehicle dynamics.

The Group’s financial strength, forward-looking management of supplier relationships, a multi-year order portfolio, and the reputation built over the years have enabled it to first consolidate its business in Italy and then expand into the United States, particularly in the Motorsport and Aerospace sectors. Each company within the Group plays a key role based on the specific expertise it has developed over time.

Dallara Group Governance

The Corporate Governance system adopted by Dallara ensures a balanced collaboration between the companies, and is oriented so as to ensure responsible and transparent governance of the company towards the market, from a standpoint of creating value for stakeholders.

The parent company’s board of directors is the corporate body which provides the strategic, management, and oversight guidelines for achieving the common goals set.

The parent company drafts the Group’s industrial plans and budget, establishes the guidelines which must be incorporated in the creation of the plans and budgets by the individual Group companies, and defines the mission, organizational goals and development strategies for the Group, both at a corporate level and for the individual business sectors. Moreover, the parent company also defines and manages the risk management process, in other words the systematic identification, evaluation, management and reporting of the corporate risks for the company and Group.

Ethics and Integrity: the Code of Ethics and “Modello 231”

Since its foundation, the company has always carried out its business in accordance with the principles of ethics and integrity established in its Code of Ethics: this is to all effects a moral pact adopted by all Group companies since 2016, which provides indications on appropriate conduct in the work and private sphere, and provides the reasoning behind which conduct is to be adopted or avoided.

Compliance with the Code of Ethics is ensured by the Supervisory Body (composed of three members), which has the task of monitoring the application of the Organization and Management Model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/01, of which the Code of Ethics is an integral part.

The choice of the Board of Directors to adopt an organizational and management model falls within the wider corporate policy which aims to sensitize personnel (from management to employees), contractors, and commercial partners on transparent and correct corporate management, in accordance with applicable legal requirements and fundamental ethical business principles in the pursuit of the company purpose.

Our Code of Ethics

The value system we believe in is the foundation of all our business activities.
It is part of our DNA, and this is why the business model we have chosen must also be consistent with what is stated in the Code of Ethics. First adopted in 2016, it serves as a true guide for everyone working at Dallara.

Culture of Sustainability

We believe that creating a culture of sustainability is a gesture of recognition to the area where the company is based and has allowed it grow in no small part thanks to the contribution of human resources from the communities based there.

Fully aware of its impact on the environment, people, and the economy, Dallara has undertaken a pathway towards sustainability, with the goal of improving its economic, environmental, and social performance.

The Values Behind the Numbers

Humility, loyalty, curiosity. These are the values which have guided Dallara for over 50 years. A team which works sustainably every day to provide a better future to the local area and the communities who reside there.
